Millioner is an online casino with a sportsbook, listing 13,957 games on its homepage plus pre-match, live, virtual and esports betting. No operator company, licence or regulator is published on any page we could read: the only ownership text is the line “2026 © Millioner.com All rights reserved.” The main strength is the sheer size of the game lobby and round-the-clock live chat. The main weakness is that you cannot tell who runs the site or who supervises it, and its bonus terms did not load for us, so the large 200% welcome package cannot be properly judged. Millioner does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
We read the Millioner homepage, the help centre and its bonus and withdrawal sections, and tried the Terms and Conditions page. None of them names the company behind the site, gives a registration number or address, or mentions a licence, regulator or licence number. The footer carries an 18+ notice, the message “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly.” and a copyright line in the brand’s own name. The body of the Terms and Conditions did not load in our check, so if the operator is named only inside the terms, we could not see it.
The practical effect is that a player has no named legal entity to hold to account and no outside regulator to complain to if a withdrawal or account closure is disputed. That is not proof of bad practice, but it means you depend entirely on the operator’s own goodwill.
A search for news of regulatory warnings or fines about Millioner found no reports from a credible source.
Games and providers
The homepage lobby shows 13,957 games in total, including 11,095 slots, 348 blackjack titles, 185 roulette titles and 130 games in its top live casino row. Jackpot and table game sections are also listed. No provider count is shown on the pages we read, and Millioner does not publish RTP figures there either.
Sports and markets
The sportsbook covers pre-match betting, live betting, virtual sports and esports. We could not see a list of leagues, cash out, streaming or bet builder features on the pages we read, so we have not credited them. The site is casino first, with sport as an add-on.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The homepage advertises a casino welcome package of 200% up to €2,500 plus 300 free spins, a sports welcome bonus of 100% up to €100, and two crypto offers of 200% up to 3,000 USDT and 100% up to 200 USDT. The help centre has articles on welcome offers, wagering requirements and game contributions, but they showed only cut-off previews, and the Terms and Conditions body did not load. We therefore could not read the wagering multiple, expiry, maximum bet, maximum cashout, minimum deposit or how the €2,500 package is split across deposits.
In plain numbers: a 200% match triples a qualifying deposit, so €100 in becomes €300 to play with, and the €2,500 cap would be reached with a €1,250 deposit if it were all paid on one deposit (the word package suggests it is spread across several). What that is worth depends on the wagering. As an illustration only, if the rule were 35 times deposit plus bonus, that €100 deposit would need (€100 + €200) x 35 = €10,500 of bets before any withdrawal. Find the real multiple in the offer terms before you opt in, and skip the bonus if you cannot find it.
Payments and withdrawals
The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer logos, and the crypto welcome offers are priced in USDT, which suggests crypto deposits are accepted. The withdrawals section of the help centre covers processing times, cancelling a withdrawal and the rule that withdrawals go only to your own account, but the articles appeared only as cut-off previews, so we could not read the actual times, minimums, maximums or fees. The help centre also has a verification section, so expect an identity check before your first withdrawal.
Mobile
No downloadable app is mentioned. The homepage says the site is optimised for mobile devices, and it is built to run in a mobile browser.
Support
The help centre says support is available 24/7 by live chat and lists a support email address on the millioner.com domain. It has sections for bonuses and promotions, deposits, withdrawals and account verification. No phone number is listed.
Responsible gambling tools
The site is 18+ only and links to a responsible gaming page, but no deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion tools are described on the pages we read. With no regulator named, there is no connection to any national self-exclusion scheme.

How we reviewed Millioner
On 17 October 2026 we read the Millioner homepage, the help centre and its bonuses and withdrawals sections. The Terms and Conditions page loaded only its navigation and footer, not the terms themselves, and the help articles showed only previews. We searched for news of regulatory action and found none from a credible source. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. Sources: Millioner homepage, help centre, bonuses and promotions help, withdrawals help, Terms and Conditions.
