Casumo is an online casino with more than 3,300 slots and live dealer tables. The version we reviewed is run by Jocularis Ltd, a Gibraltar company, under Government of Gibraltar Remote Gaming Licence 126 (gaming) and 127 (bookmaking), both shown on the Gibraltar government’s approved brands list. The main strength is a properly licensed operator with clearly written bonus terms. The main weakness is the cost of that bonus: the deposit and the bonus must each be wagered 30 times, so a €100 deposit means €6,000 of play before the bonus money is yours. Casumo does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
The Casumo terms name Jocularis Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under company number 121395, as the operator. The Government of Gibraltar’s approved brands document for Jocularis Ltd lists Casumo as its only brand, under Remote Gaming Licence 126, a gaming operator’s licence, and 127, a bookmaker’s licence. Gibraltar is one of the more established gambling regulators, with its own Gambling Commissioner.
Casumo also runs sites for other countries, which can be operated by different companies under different licences. If you see a different company name in the footer of the site you reach, that site’s licence is the one that applies to you.
Trade press reported in 2026 that Casumo left Ontario’s regulated online casino market, citing rising costs. We have not confirmed that at the Ontario regulator. We did not find recent fines against Jocularis Ltd.
Games and providers
Casumo describes its library as more than 3,300 slots and thousands of casino games, with live dealer tables. The pages we read do not name the providers in text, and we are not listing studios we did not see. A fairness statement is linked from the site, but we did not read it, so we cannot quote RTP figures. As a rule, every slot shows its RTP in its own help or paytable screen, so check it before you play.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The headline is “100% up to €300, deposit, we match it, plus 50 bonus spins”. The published terms:
- 100% match on your deposit, up to €300 in bonus
- Minimum deposit €20, opt-in required, new players aged 18+ only
- Wagering: the deposit 30 times and the bonus 30 times, so 60 times the bonus amount in total when you deposit the matched amount
- Bonus spin winnings must be wagered 30 times
- Maximum bet €5 per spin on bonus spins
- Deposit bonus expires after 14 days, spins after 30 days
- The 50 spins are on Wild Wild Riches
- Sports betting is blocked until bonus funds are redeemed, expire or are forfeited
Here is what that means in practice. Deposit €100 and you get €100 in bonus. To release it you must place €3,000 of bets for the deposit and €3,000 for the bonus, €6,000 in total, within 14 days. That is about €430 of bets every day for two weeks. Take the full €300 bonus with a €300 deposit and the figure rises to €18,000. On a slot with a 96 percent RTP, the expected cost of €6,000 of spins is around €240, more than the €100 bonus itself. Unless you were going to play that much anyway, you are usually better off declining the bonus.
Payments and withdrawals
Casumo shows Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard, and its FAQ adds bank deposits. Withdrawals go back to a card, a bank account in your own name, or an e-wallet, following the methods you deposited with, and Visa payouts may be restricted in some countries. A method you have not used for more than three months may no longer be available for withdrawal.
The withdrawal policy does not give a timeframe, saying only that payouts are made as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must supply identification and proof of address dated within six months before your first withdrawal, and a pending withdrawal is reversed if verification is not completed within seven days. Above €50,000 in winnings, you can withdraw the greater of your deposits that month or €50,000 per month, with higher limits for VIP players. Currency conversion may include a margin.
Mobile
Casumo links to an app on the Apple App Store, listed as a casino and sports betting app. The site also runs in a mobile browser.
Support
Support hours are stated as 8:00 to midnight, Central European time. The pages we read did not show which channels are open during those hours.
Responsible gambling tools
Casumo runs a responsible gambling programme called Play Okay, with a dedicated page and a separate Casumo Cares site. We did not read those pages, so we cannot list the tools in Casumo’s own words. Before you deposit, set a deposit limit in your account and decide your loss limit in advance.
Who can use Casumo
Casumo operates country versions of its site, and the one you reach depends on where you are. We could not read the full restricted country list. Some countries, including the UK and much of Europe, require a local licence, so make sure the footer of the site you use shows a licence valid for your country.

How we reviewed Casumo
On 15 October 2026 we read the Casumo homepage and footer, its terms and conditions landing page, the welcome offer terms and the withdrawal policy on the Gibraltar facing site, and checked the Government of Gibraltar’s approved brands document for Jocularis Ltd. The general terms and the sports page did not load. We did not open an account, deposit or play. Sources: Casumo terms and the Gibraltar approved brands list.
