Powbet is a combined sportsbook and online casino aimed at an international audience, with offers priced in euros and the site available in 15 languages. No operator company and no licence are published on the site: the footer reads only “2026 © Powbet.com All rights reserved”, so we found no licence from a recognised regulator. The main strength is range: more than 35 sports, live betting, horse racing and a very large casino, with a long list of payment methods that includes crypto. The main weakness is transparency: there is no named company, no licence, and the terms, payments and responsible gaming pages gave us no readable content. Powbet does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
We read the Powbet homepage, about page, FAQ and responsible gaming page on 17 October 2026. None of them names the company that runs the site, a registered address, a licence, a licence number or a regulator. The footer carries only a copyright line for Powbet.com and an 18+ notice. The about page says the games use “independently tested and regulated Random Number Generators” but does not name the testing lab or any regulator.
Without a named operator, you cannot check who holds your money, which law your account is governed by, or where to take a complaint beyond Powbet itself. That is the most serious gap in this review, and it is why we score licence and safety at 1 out of 10.
Our news and regulator search found a document on the website of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, filed in May 2022, titled “Formal Warning to Rabidi NV (Powbet, ExciteWin and Sportaza)”. The document refused automated access, so we cannot report what it says beyond its title, and the current Powbet site does not mention Rabidi NV or any other company.
Sports and markets
The about page says there are more than 35 sports to bet on, and the menu includes a sportsbook, live betting and horse racing. The same page mentions quick single betting, live streaming and a bet builder. We could not open the betting rules, so we have not checked how settlement, voids or maximum payouts work. Powbet does not publish its odds margins.
Casino games and providers
The casino has a game hall, slots and live casino sections. Category counters on the about page showed 11,399 slots, 960 live casino games and 820 jackpot titles, though some games may appear in more than one category. The page names Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Microgaming among its studios. Its own text is inconsistent on provider numbers: one passage says “over 100” slot providers and another says “more than 1000”, so treat both as marketing claims. We found no RTP figures published on the pages we could read.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The homepage advertises a sports first deposit bonus of 100% up to €100. A casino welcome bonus is also promoted as “bonus funds and free spins”, but no amounts were shown. The terms page did not load any readable content for us, so we could not confirm the wagering requirement, minimum odds, maximum bet, expiry, minimum qualifying deposit or which bets count.
In plain numbers: a 100% match doubles a qualifying deposit up to the cap, so €50 adds €50 and €100 adds the maximum €100. Anything above €100 earns no extra bonus. What the bonus is worth depends on the wagering multiple, which Powbet did not show us. As an illustration only, if the rule were 6 times deposit plus bonus, a €100 deposit would need €1,200 of qualifying bets (6 x €200) before you could withdraw; if it were 6 times the bonus alone, it would need €600 (6 x €100). Find the real multiple and the minimum odds in your account before opting in, and skip the bonus if you cannot.
Payments and withdrawals
The homepage shows a wide list of methods: Visa, Mastercard, Blik, Klarna, paysafecard, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Interac Online, Ecopays, Postepay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. The full payments page did not load for us, so we could not read minimum deposits, withdrawal limits, fees or processing times. Amounts on the site are shown in euros. Expect to be asked for identity documents before a withdrawal, as is standard at gambling sites.
Mobile
We found no mention of an app. The site is built to work in a mobile browser.
Support
Powbet offers live chat, a contact form, a separate complaints form, an FAQ and a guide section. We found no support email address and no stated hours. Because no operator or regulator is named, there is no outside body published for unresolved complaints.
Responsible gambling tools
The footer states “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly” and that Powbet.com only accepts customers over 18. There is a responsible gaming page, but it gave us no readable content, and no deposit limits, time limits, cooling off or self-exclusion tools are described on the pages we could read. No help organisations are named.

How we reviewed Powbet
On 17 October 2026 we read the Powbet homepage and footer, about page, FAQ and responsible gaming page. The terms and conditions page and the responsible gaming page returned no readable content, and the payments list refused access. We searched for news and regulator action and found the ACMA document described above, which refused access. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets.
