BoyleSports is an Irish bookmaker headquartered in Dundalk, County Louth, that runs an online sportsbook, casino, live casino, virtual sports and lotto. Its British business is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account 39469, active since 1 November 2014, and its footer says customers outside Great Britain are served under Gibraltar and Irish regulation. The main strength is a deep racing and football product with Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish horse racing and a set of accumulator boosts and insurance offers. The main weakness for us is that the welcome offer wording is loose and the full terms page would not load for our check. BoyleSports does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
We checked BoyleSports on the UK Gambling Commission public register. The licensee is listed as Boylesports Enterprise with a remote operating licence numbered 039469-R-319383-025. The activities on that licence are casino, general betting for real and virtual events, pool betting and bingo, all active since 1 November 2014. The register shows five trading names and 21 domains attached to the account. At the time of our check the register listed no regulatory actions against this account.
That clean register entry needs one piece of context. BoyleSports was the subject of a widely reported £2.8 million Gambling Commission penalty for money laundering and social responsibility failings, which is older than two years and may sit under a different account. We mention it because a long licence history is not the same thing as a spotless one, and readers deserve both facts.
For customers outside Great Britain, the homepage footer says BoyleSports operates under the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland. We did not see licence numbers for those two regulators on the pages we read, so we have not printed any.
Sports and markets
BoyleSports is a racing-led bookmaker. The homepage features football, basketball, horse racing, greyhounds and golf, and the promotions point to where the business concentrates its effort. Best Odds Guaranteed applies to UK and Irish horse racing and to BAGS and BEGS greyhound meetings, which means that if you take a price and the starting price is bigger, you are paid at the bigger price. The operator excludes in-running bets from that guarantee.
Bet Builder is available, with a Bet Builder Boost promotion for British and Irish customers. We did not see the sportsbook state whether it offers cash out or live streaming on the pages we could read, so we are not claiming either. If those features matter to you, check the event page before you stake.
Accumulator promotions
The acca offers are the most clearly written part of the site and are worth understanding properly:
- ACCA Boost: applies to trebles and above. The boost starts at 5 percent on a three-leg accumulator and climbs to 100 percent on a 20-leg accumulator, with a maximum bonus of £1,000.
- ACCA Insure: applies to accumulators of five or more legs. If one leg loses, the stake comes back as a free bet, up to £20.
- Ultimate Acca: on five or more legs, you choose either the boost or the insurance.
A plain example of the boost: a £10 four-fold that settles at a return of £200 has £190 of profit. If the four-leg boost were 10 percent, the extra would be £19. Check the exact percentage for your number of legs on the slip, because the scale is stepped.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The promotions page describes the new customer offer as follows: if you bet £10, you get a total of £25 in free bets. You register, deposit and place a first bet, and the free bets are credited once that qualifying bet settles. The page marks the offer with “Terms Apply” but does not show minimum odds, a minimum deposit, the number of selections allowed or the free bet expiry. It only says free bets often expire after seven days.
The phrase “a total of £25” is ambiguous. It could mean £25 in free bets on top of your own £10, or £25 counting your stake. We could not open the full terms to settle it, so treat the offer as unconfirmed until you read the terms on the sign-up page. Free bet stakes are normally not returned with winnings, so a £10 free bet at evens usually returns £10, not £20. Confirm that rule in the offer terms too.
Payments and withdrawals
The homepage shows Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafe logos. Promotions are priced in pounds. We could not read a published minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal or withdrawal time on the pages that loaded, so we have left those blank rather than guess. In practice, UK licensed operators must verify your identity before you can withdraw, so have identification ready before your first cash out.
Mobile
The site is built for mobile browsers. We did not confirm iOS or Android app listings during this check, so we are not stating that a native app is available in your country.
Support
The homepage lists live chat, email and separate phone numbers for Ireland, the UK and international callers. We did not see published opening hours, so we cannot tell you whether help is available around the clock.
Responsible gambling tools
BoyleSports is 18+ only. The site links to GAMSTOP, the UK national self-exclusion scheme, to GamCare and GambleAware, to the independent dispute service IBAS, and to parental control software. The responsible gambling page itself did not load during our check, so we cannot list the exact account tools, such as deposit limits or time-outs, from the operator’s own wording. UK licensed operators are required to offer deposit limits and self-exclusion.
Who can use BoyleSports
The licensing points to two core markets: Great Britain under the UK Gambling Commission, and the Republic of Ireland under Irish and Gibraltar regulation. We did not find a published list of restricted countries. If you live anywhere else, assume you cannot open an account until the terms say otherwise, and never use a VPN to get around a block, because winnings from an account opened in breach of the terms can be voided.

South Africa

It is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa, and South African readers should use a provincially licensed bookmaker instead. Our list of licensed South African betting sites shows which operators hold a provincial licence.
How we reviewed BoyleSports
On 15 October 2026 we checked the UK Gambling Commission public register entry for account 39469, including its licence activities and regulatory action list, and read the BoyleSports homepage, footer and promotions page. The terms and conditions, responsible gambling, casino and help pages did not load, and every fact we could not read at a primary source is marked as not published or not confirmed. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. Sources: UKGC register and the BoyleSports homepage.
