BOOKMAKER AND CASINO REVIEWLicence and terms checked 17 October 2026Site reviewed: bigclash.com

BigClash is a combined online casino and sportsbook at bigclash.com, with slots, live casino, jackpots, sports betting, live betting and virtual sports in one account. We found no operator company and no licence published anywhere on the site: its terms refer only to “the company operating the Website” and the footer reads “BigClash.com All rights reserved”. Its main strength is that the bonus rules are written out in full, including the wagering multiple, expiry and maximum bet. Its main weakness is that you cannot tell who runs it or which regulator, if any, oversees it. South Africa is not on the excluded country list in its terms, but BigClash does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety

We read the BigClash homepage, help centre, promotion pages and the full Terms and Conditions (version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026). None of them names the company behind the site, gives a registration number or address, or states a licence, regulator or licence number. The terms describe the operator only as “the company operating the Website”, and the governing law clause refers to “the applicable law” without naming a country. The footer carries an 18+ notice, a “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly” warning and a copyright line, but no licence seal.

That matters because without a named operator and regulator there is no outside body to complain to if a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed, and no way to check whether player funds are protected. We are not saying BigClash will not pay; we are saying the site gives you no means of checking who stands behind it.

Our news search found no regulator warnings or enforcement news naming BigClash. It did show several lookalike domains using the BigClash name, so if you look the brand up, note that the site reviewed here is bigclash.com.

Sports and markets

The sportsbook has pre-match sports, a separate live betting section and virtual sports, and the help centre has its own sportsbook section. The sports pages did not list individual markets in the content we could read, so we have not credited features such as cash out, bet builder or live streaming.

Games and providers

The casino menu covers slots (grouped as top, new, popular and exclusive games), live casino with roulette, blackjack and game shows, jackpots, tournaments, a VIP level programme and a wheel of fortune. We did not find a published provider list or game count, and the site does not publish RTP figures on the pages we read, so we make no claim about either.

Welcome offer and the real terms

The casino welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit up to €500, plus 200 free spins. The minimum qualifying deposit is €20, and deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify. The free spins arrive as 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch must be claimed within 24 hours or it expires.

The wagering is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, and it must be completed within 10 days of activation. Winnings from the free spins carry 40 times wagering. The maximum bet while a casino bonus is active is €100, and the most that can be released from the bonus is 10 times the original bonus amount. Real money won from free spins is capped at €50 for up to 50 spins and €100 for more than 50 spins.

(€100 deposit + €100 bonus) x 35 = €7,000 of bets in 10 days

In plain numbers: a €100 deposit unlocks a €100 bonus, and you must then place €7,000 of qualifying casino bets within 10 days, which is €700 a day. Taking the full €500 bonus means a €500 deposit and (€500 + €500) x 35 = €35,000 of bets in 10 days. Because the multiple applies to your deposit as well as the bonus, this is a demanding offer, and most casual players would be better off declining it.

The sports first deposit bonus is 100% up to €100. We did not read its own offer page. The general terms say deposit bonuses carry 35 times wagering on deposit plus bonus and that sports bonuses must be wagered within 30 days, but we could not confirm minimum odds for this offer.

Payments and withdrawals

The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer, with a link to a fuller payments page that refused our automated check. Bonuses and limits are priced in euros, and we saw no rand option or South African payment method. The terms say the company sets minimum and maximum deposits at its discretion, so no general minimum is published.

Withdrawals are capped by VIP level. In euros, the published daily and monthly limits are: level 1, €500 a day and €7,000 a month; level 2, €500 and €10,000; level 3, €800 and €12,000; level 4, €1,000 and €15,000; level 5, €1,500 and €20,000. A large win could therefore take weeks or months to withdraw in full. Identity checks apply: the terms ask for certified ID and details of source of funds and payment methods, to be supplied within 30 days of a request. We found no published withdrawal processing times.

Mobile

No iOS or Android app is mentioned. The site is set up to run as a web app in a mobile browser.

Support

BigClash advertises a 24/7 customer support service with live chat and an email address listed in its help centre. The help centre is split into sections for bonuses, casino, deposits, withdrawals, account and verification, sportsbook and technical questions.

Responsible gambling tools

The site is 18+ only, shows a responsible gambling warning and links to a responsible gaming page, which we did not read in full. No specific tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion were named on the pages we checked. With no regulator named, any self-exclusion would apply to BigClash alone and would not connect to a national scheme.

Responsible gambling 3/10 Warning and 18+ notice; no named tools; no regulator behind exclusion
Overall 4.3/10 Plain average of the six scores

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Casino and sportsbook in one account, with live betting and virtual sports
  • Bonus rules are published in full, including wagering, expiry and maximum bet
  • 24/7 live chat and email support
  • Withdrawal limits are published by VIP level

Cons

  • Not licensed by a recognised regulator: no operator company or licence is published on the site, its terms or its footer, and it is not licensed to take bets from South Africa
  • Casino bonus wagering of 35 times deposit plus bonus within 10 days
  • Withdrawals capped at €500 a day and €7,000 a month at the entry VIP level
  • No rand currency or South African payment methods seen
  • No responsible gambling tools named on the pages we checked
  • Lookalike domains use the BigClash name

South Africa

BigClash does not hold a licence from any South African provincial gambling board. South Africa does not appear on the excluded jurisdictions list in its terms, but that does not make it legal for BigClash to take bets here: it is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa, and South African readers should use a provincially licensed bookmaker. See our list of licensed South African betting sites.

How we reviewed BigClash

On 17 October 2026 we read the BigClash homepage, help centre, Terms and Conditions (version 1.12), promotions page and casino welcome bonus terms. The payments page refused automated access, and we did not read the sports bonus offer page or the responsible gaming page in full. We searched for news of regulator warnings and found none naming BigClash. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets.
