BOOKMAKER AND CASINO REVIEWLicence and terms checked 15 October 2026Markets: international, 16 languages

Sportaza is a combined sportsbook and online casino aimed at an international audience, with the site available in 16 languages and offers priced in euros. Its footer names the operator as Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., a Costa Rican company, and states a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-202606064-FI2. The main strength is breadth: sports from football to horse racing and virtuals, a claimed 30,000 live betting markets a day, and a casino and live casino. The main weakness is how little we could verify: the licence validator, terms, payments page and bonus rules all blocked our checks. Sportaza does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety

The Sportaza footer names Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., registration number 3-102-921894, with a registered address in Mata Redonda, San Jose, Costa Rica, and gives the Anjouan licence number ALSI-202606064-FI2. The footer carries an Anjouan validation seal and a second seal pointing to a different validation site, but both blocked our automated checks, so the licence is stated by the operator and not confirmed by us on a register.

An Anjouan licence is not the same as a licence from a national regulator in your own country. It allows an operator to offer gambling internationally, but it gives players far less protection than regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority: there is no national self-exclusion scheme, complaint routes are limited, and enforcement is harder. That does not mean Sportaza is unsafe, but it does mean you should keep balances small and withdraw winnings promptly.

We found no news reports of fines or licence action against Sportaza or Rocketship Ventures in the last two years.

Sports and markets

The menu covers football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, baseball, horse racing and virtual sports, and the homepage claims sports “from A to Z” with 30,000 live betting markets every day. Live in-play betting is confirmed. We did not see live streaming, cash out or a bet builder mentioned on the homepage, and the rules page was blocked, so we have not credited those features.

Casino games and providers

The casino, live casino, slots and jackpots sections sit alongside gamified extras such as challenges, collections, tournaments, a shop and VIP levels. The homepage names Relax, Push Gaming and Microgaming among its partners and shows a link to “all partners”, numbered at 1,603, though it is not clear how many of those are game studios. Sportaza does not publish RTP figures on its homepage.

Welcome offer and the real terms

Two welcome offers are advertised: a sports welcome bonus of 100% up to €100, and a casino welcome bonus of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins. The bonus terms page blocked our check, so we could not read the wagering requirement, minimum odds, maximum bet, expiry or eligible games.

Sports: deposit €100, receive €100 bonus = €200 balance

In plain numbers: a 100% match doubles your qualifying deposit up to the cap. A €50 deposit adds €50; a €100 deposit adds the maximum €100. On the casino side, the cap is €500 for a €500 deposit, plus the spins. What those bonuses are worth depends on the wagering multiple and whether it applies to the bonus alone or the deposit plus bonus. At 35 times bonus plus deposit, for example, a €100 deposit with €100 bonus would need €7,000 of bets. Read the actual multiple before you opt in, and skip the bonus if you cannot find it.

Payments and withdrawals

The homepage shows Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer, with a link to a full payments list that blocked our check. We could not read minimum deposits, withdrawal times, limits or whether crypto is accepted. Bonuses are priced in euros. Offshore operators usually require identity documents before the first withdrawal, so expect a verification step.

Mobile

No app is mentioned on the homepage. The site is designed to run in a mobile browser.

Support

Sportaza offers live chat, a contact form and an FAQ. We did not see an email address or support hours.

Responsible gambling tools

The site is 18+ only, shows the warning “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly”, and links to a responsible gaming page that we did not read. No specific tools are named on the homepage. Because Anjouan licensing does not connect to national self-exclusion schemes such as GAMSTOP, any exclusion would be with Sportaza alone.

Who can use Sportaza

The site offers English, Czech, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Arabic, Slovenian, Slovak and Dutch, which shows the markets it is aimed at. The restricted country list sits in the terms, which we could not read. Many countries, including the UK, require a local licence for online betting, and an Anjouan licence does not provide one. Check your own country’s rules, and never use a VPN to get around a block.

How we reviewed Sportaza

On 15 October 2026 we read the Sportaza homepage, footer and sports promotions page. Its rules, payments list and both licence validation links refused automated access, and we have marked everything we could not read. We searched for news of regulatory action and found none. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. Source: Sportaza.
