CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK REVIEWLicence and terms checked 17 October 2026Currency shown: EUR

WonderLuck is an online casino with a sportsbook attached, listing 13,724 games on its homepage alongside sports, live betting and virtual sports. No operator company, licence or regulator is published in its Terms and Conditions or help centre, which refer only to “the company operating the Website”. The main strength is the size of the game lobby and a full, readable set of terms with clear withdrawal limits. The main weakness is that nobody can tell who runs it or who supervises it, and the bonus wagering is heavy at 35 times deposit plus bonus. South Africa is not on its excluded country list, but WonderLuck does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety

We read the full WonderLuck Terms and Conditions, the help centre and the homepage. The terms never name the business behind the site. Section 1.4 refers to “the company operating the Website” without a name, registration number or address, and no licence, regulator or licence number appears anywhere in the terms. The help centre footer carries only an 18+ notice and the line “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly.” The homepage footer did not load in our check, so if a seal sits there we could not see it.

This matters in practice. Without a named company you do not know which legal entity holds your money, and without a named regulator there is no outside body to complain to if a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed. That does not mean WonderLuck will treat players badly, but it does mean you rely entirely on the operator’s own goodwill.

A search for news of regulatory warnings or fines turned up no credible reports about WonderLuck. We did see many low-quality pages about the brand hosted on unrelated hijacked websites, and we did not rely on any of them.

Games and providers

The homepage section counts give a sense of scale: 13,724 games in total, of which 10,156 are slots, 3,064 are tagged new, 123 exclusive, 203 blackjack, 52 roulette, 20 game shows, 42 in the top live casino row and 57 hot jackpots. A providers section is linked but shows no count. The terms name NetEnt as one supplier, because section 15 lists countries where NetEnt and several branded slots are not available. WonderLuck does not publish RTP figures on the pages we read.

Sports and markets

The menu offers sports, live betting and virtual sports. We did not see a list of leagues, cash out, live streaming or a bet builder on the pages we could read, so we have not credited those features. The sportsbook is clearly secondary to the casino.

Welcome offer and the real terms

Two welcome offers are advertised: a casino bonus of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, and a sports bonus of 100% up to €150. We did not read a separate terms page for each offer, so the figures below come from the general bonus rules in section 7 of the Terms and Conditions, which may be overridden by an offer’s own terms.

  • Deposit bonuses carry wagering of 35 times the deposit plus the bonus (section 7.16).
  • The maximum you can withdraw from a deposit bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (section 7.16).
  • Casino bonus wagering must be finished within 10 days; sports bonus wagering within 30 days (section 7.12).
  • Slots count 100%, live games 10% and table and card games 0% towards wagering (section 7.7).
  • Single bets above €100 while a bonus is active are treated as bonus abuse (section 7.19).
  • No-deposit bonuses carry 40 times wagering, a 5 times bonus withdrawal cap, and free spin winnings capped at €80 (sections 7.15 and 7.16).
(€100 deposit + €100 bonus) x 35 = €7,000 of bets in 10 days

In plain numbers: a €100 deposit adds a €100 bonus, and you then need €7,000 of slot bets inside 10 days before anything can be withdrawn. Take the full €500 bonus and the figure is (€500 + €500) x 35 = €35,000 of bets in the same 10 days. Because live games count only 10%, €7,000 of wagering on live tables would actually need €70,000 of stakes, and table games do not count at all. With slots returning on average less than the stake over time, most players will not complete this. If you do not want those restrictions, skip the bonus.

Payments and withdrawals

The help centre shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer logos and links to a payments page, which failed to load in our check, so we could not read the full method list, crypto options or processing times. The terms set no fixed minimum deposit; section 6.5 says minimum and maximum deposits are set at the company’s discretion. Section 6.7 adds an unusual condition: a minimum monthly wagering threshold of €20 before a withdrawal can be approved.

Withdrawal limits rise with VIP level (section 6.11). In euros, per transaction, per day and per month:

  • Level 1: €500, €500, €7,000
  • Level 2: €1,000, €2,000, €25,000
  • Level 3: €1,000, €3,000, €30,000
  • Level 4: €1,500, €4,000, €50,000
  • Level 5: €1,700, €5,000, €75,000

A new player on Level 1 can therefore take out no more than €500 a day, so a large win would be paid out over weeks. Verification requires ID, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method, to be supplied within 30 days of a request, and the terms say checks usually take about 10 days after complete documents arrive (sections 5.1 and 5.3).

Mobile

No downloadable app is mentioned. The site is set up to run in a mobile browser.

Support

The help centre states that support is available 24/7 by live chat, and it also lists a customer service email address on the wonderluck.com domain. The help centre has sections on bonuses, deposits, withdrawals and account verification. No phone number is listed.

Responsible gambling tools

The site is 18+ only and links to a responsible gaming page, but no deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion tools are described on the pages we read. With no regulator named, there is no link to any national self-exclusion scheme, so any exclusion would apply at WonderLuck alone.

  • Casino and sportsbook in one account
  • Full Terms and Conditions are published, including withdrawal limits by VIP level
  • 24/7 live chat and email support

Cons

  • Not licensed by a recognised regulator: no operator company, licence, regulator or licence number is published in its terms or help centre, and it is not licensed to take bets from South Africa

  • Bonus winnings capped at 10 times the bonus
  • New players limited to €500 a day in withdrawals

South Africa

WonderLuck does not hold a licence from any South African provincial gambling board. South Africa is not on its excluded jurisdictions list, but that does not make it legal to use: it is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa, and South African readers should use a provincially licensed bookmaker instead. See our list of licensed South African betting sites.

How we reviewed WonderLuck

On 17 October 2026 we read the WonderLuck homepage, help centre and full Terms and Conditions. The payments page failed to load and the homepage footer was not captured. We searched for news of regulatory action and found none from a credible source. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. Sources: WonderLuck homepage, help centre, Terms and Conditions.
