We found no recognised licence: the footer, terms and responsible gaming page publish no operating company, no regulator and no licence number. The main strength is that its sports welcome bonus has full, readable terms with a low 6 times rollover on deposit plus bonus. The main weaknesses are that you cannot tell who runs the site, withdrawals are capped from 500 EUR a day, and limits and self-exclusion are handled only by contacting support. Bankonbet does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
The Bankonbet footer reads only that gambling can be addictive, that the site accepts customers over 18, and a 2026 copyright line for Bankonbet.com. The terms and conditions refer to the Company and the website but, in the text we read, never name the operating company, a registration number, an address, a regulator or a licence number. The responsible gaming page also gives no licence information. With nothing published, there is no licence we could look up on any register.
The terms list excluded jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, the United States, China, Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Cyprus and Curacao, among others. South Africa is not on that list, but that does not make Bankonbet licensed to serve South Africa. Our news search did not find a fine or licence action naming Bankonbet.
Games and providers
The casino lobby shows category counts rather than a single total: 875 games under Top, 1,389 under New, 1,025 under Popular and 732 under Exclusive, with 383 titles under Hot Jackpots. In the live casino, it shows 111 Top Live Casino titles, 198 roulette, 319 blackjack and 49 game show tables. Categories overlap, so these should not be added together. The homepage does not give a provider count. We did not find published RTP figures.
Sports and markets
The sportsbook offers live betting and virtual sports, and the sports menu shows 10 sports. Sports promotions include an accumulator boost, an early payout offer when your team goes two goals ahead, a bet builder offer, cashback and reload bonuses, which tells you bet builders and accumulators are supported. Bankonbet does not publish odds margins.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The sports first deposit bonus is 100% up to 100 EUR. Its terms page sets a minimum qualifying deposit of 20 EUR and a rollover of 6 times deposit plus bonus (5 times for players in Germany, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Austria). Single bets must be at odds of at least 2.00, and each selection in a multiple at least 1.50. Only up to 50 EUR of any one bet counts toward the rollover, only the first bet on an event counts, and the rollover must be completed within 30 days of the first deposit. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.
In plain numbers: with the maximum bonus you must place 1,200 EUR of bets at the minimum odds within 30 days. Because only 50 EUR of each bet counts, that is at least 24 separate qualifying bets (1,200 divided by 50). With the minimum 20 EUR deposit you get a 20 EUR bonus and need 240 EUR of qualifying bets.
For casino offers, the general terms set a rollover of 35 times deposit plus bonus for deposit bonuses, a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the bonus amount, and a 10 day time limit. We did not read the individual casino offer page, so check it. As an illustration of that general rule, a 100 EUR deposit with a 100 EUR bonus would need 7,000 EUR of wagering in 10 days. Slots count 100%, live games and video poker 10%, and table and card games 0%; jackpot slots cannot be played with bonus funds. Promotions are not available to residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
Payments and withdrawals
The homepage shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac logos, and the crypto offers show USDT is accepted. The payments page refused our automated check, so we could not read the full method list, minimums, fees or processing times. The terms set withdrawal caps by VIP level: 500 EUR a day and 7,000 EUR a month at Level 1, rising to 1,500 EUR a day and 20,000 EUR a month at Level 5. No more than 3 withdrawals can be pending at once. Identity documents must be supplied within 30 days of a request, or payments can be withheld and the account suspended or closed.
Mobile
There is no app. The site says it runs in the browser on mobile devices without extra software.

Bankonbet offers a live chat widget, a help centre and support by email. We did not see support hours on the pages we read.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gaming page offers a time-out, arranged by contacting support, with no stated duration, and self-exclusion by emailing support, after which the account is closed as soon as practicable. It does not mention deposit limits, loss limits, session limits or reality checks. It points to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy for help, and to Net Nanny as a parental filter. With no named regulator, there is no national self-exclusion scheme linked to Bankonbet.
