NetBet is a Malta based online casino and sportsbook that also offers live casino, poker and lotto. The international site is run by NetBet Enterprises Ltd under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/126/2006, and the same company holds a UK Gambling Commission licence (account 39170) for British players. The main strength is a well documented account: a €10 minimum deposit and withdrawal, more than 20 named game studios, and one of the fuller sets of safer gambling tools we have seen. The main weakness is a 1.5 percent fee on withdrawals of 500 or more in most currencies, and a £650,000 UK regulatory settlement in November 2025. NetBet does not hold a South African provincial licence and is not licensed to take bets from people in South Africa.

Licence and safety
The NetBet footer and terms give Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/126/2006, issued on 1 August 2018 and covering Type 1, 2 and 3 gaming services, which take in casino games, fixed odds betting and peer to peer games such as poker. We did not open the MGA register itself during this review.
For British customers, the UK Gambling Commission register lists account 39170 with licence 039170-R-319343-033, covering remote casino, real and virtual event betting and linked gambling software from 8 December 2017, and pool betting from 8 November 2017. The international terms list the UK as a restricted country for the .com site, which means British players are served under the UK licence instead.
Games and providers
The casino names a long list of studios: Light and Wonder, Wicked Games, G Games, Pragmatic Play, Inspired, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Play’n GO, Evolution, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Games Global, Greentube, Red Tiger, ReelPlay, Gaming Corps, Hacksaw, Octoplay, Endorphina, Synot and Bragg. Live dealer games are offered, with Evolution and Playtech among the studios. NetBet does not state a total game count, and we did not see RTP figures on the casino page, so check each game’s information screen.
Sports and markets
NetBet Sport runs on its own subdomain with live betting and virtual sports. We did not read a sports count or confirm cash out or bet builder features, so the sportsbook is scored on what we saw: present and reachable, but undocumented.
Welcome offer and the real terms
The casino page advertises “Double your money and play with up to €200 plus 10 free spins” with the code NBWELCOME. That is a 100 percent match on the first deposit up to €200, plus 10 free spins on Age of the Gods. The page only says “T&Cs apply”, and we could not read the wagering requirement, expiry or maximum bet.
In plain numbers: a €50 deposit becomes €100 to play with; a €200 deposit becomes €400, the maximum. The bonus half is not withdrawable until you meet the wagering rule. As a guide, at 35 times the bonus, a €200 bonus would need €7,000 of bets. Find NetBet’s real multiple in the promotion terms before you enter the code. We did not find a separate sports welcome offer.
Payments and withdrawals
NetBet’s terms are detailed. The minimum deposit is €10 or the equivalent, and €20 for crypto. The minimum withdrawal is €10. NetBet says it aims to process withdrawals within the following working day, and that clearance can take up to 7 days depending on the method. Accounts can be held in AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, MXN, NGN or USD, with Bitcoin and USDT where available.
The fee is the catch. NetBet charges 1.5 percent on withdrawals of 500 or more in AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP or USD, 2,000 BRL, 10,000 MXN or 200,000 NGN. A withdrawal of €499 has no fee. A €600 withdrawal costs €9. If you are cashing out a large win, check whether two smaller withdrawals below the threshold are allowed under the terms before you request one large one.
Mobile
NetBet does not mention an app download on its casino page and points players to its mobile browser site.
Support
Live chat runs from 09:00 to 23:00 GMT, and you can email [email protected] at any time. Complaints are answered within 10 days, and eCOGRA acts as the independent dispute resolution service.
Responsible gambling tools
NetBet’s help centre lists daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, plus yearly limits for sport, with increases taking effect after 24 hours; loss and transfer limits; hourly reality checks; a session timer; time outs of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days; self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months; and referral to Gambling Therapy. That 24 hour delay on raising a limit is a useful brake.
Who can use NetBet
The .com site lists restricted countries including the UK, USA, Malta, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and Australia, among others. The currency list, which includes Brazilian reais, Mexican pesos, Nigerian naira and Canadian dollars, shows where the international site is aimed.
